Colombia - El Camino Real - Huila - Washed Excelso - Regional Select

Welcome to one of our regional select coffees. These are coffees we purchase with the intention of having in stock year round. We are constantly cupping offers and approving or rejecting samples depending on their adherence to our cup profile requirements. We first created this regional select in collaboration with a local wet mill in Huila. Coffee is purchased from a wide variety of small producers who sell their ripe cherries for spot premiums down at the wet mill, in the lower dry valley.  We are always cupping offers and selecting and blending to build this cup profile for consistency year after year and season after season. Our El Camino Real is usually 90% Supremo 10% Excelso but can vary depending on harvest cycles and market conditions. The end result is a solid coffee's coffee that will perform well under a wide variety of profiles, depending on your needs.
