Aarón is an Agricultural Economist and has worked for the Instituto del Café de Costa Rica. Along with his cousin Adrian, they are committed to producing the highest quality coffees that they can from their 20 hectare farm. Their advanced degrees have enabled them make an impact on the entire Costa Rican coffee industry, from advising the president of Costa Rica to auditing farms for Rainforest Alliance. We are pleased to be able to offer this microlot from his farm this year.
