Our supplier for this coffee sources mostly from Huatasco Veracruz, Mexico. This mountainous cloud forest region supports the humidity and soil to harvest the best coffee in Mexico. The cup profile offers hints of stone fruit and a body that is more characteristic of a high altitude Colombian, making it a great replace coffee when you're in a pinch. This is one of our regional select coffees, meaning we purchase it with the intent of keeping it in stock year round. We cup through many many samples before deciding on each year's lot.
