We were pleasantly surprised by how much character this cup had on the table. The processor did a fantastic job of allowing the chemistry of the methylene chloride solvent to work on the caffeine in these beans. You'll be surprised as much as we were by a cup full of dark cherry and cinammon and baking spices for this particular lot.
